Having a Ki energy treatment is a great way to keep your mind & body healthy but if you are eating a poor diet, it can be very hard for your body to stay well. Eating a lot of sugar or processed foods can have a negative effect on the way our body functions. So, we would like to offer you all some healthy recipes over the next coming months.

Here’s a quick healthy stir fry recipe for you all today Coconut oil Garlic Ginger Onion Egg noodles Soy sauce Broccoli Leek spring onion Cabbage Peppers (You an also add meat, prawns or tofu to this recipe too)




1. Chop all your veg into bit size pieces 2.put 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in a frying pan or wok. Add onion, leek, garlic & cook until soft. 3. Add broccoli & cabbage & cook with a teaspoon water until tender enough to eat. 4. Add egg noodles, peppers, spring onion & ginger & stir fry for 5-6 mins on high heat. Add salt, pepper & soy sauce to finish. Enjoy!!
