OUR VEGETABLE SOUP RECIPE

Winter is here & we need to ensure we start to eat the right foods. Here is our winter warmer Vegetable Soup for you all to try…. A simple & easy soup that takes no time at all but is packed with nutritious ingredients.


INGREDIENTS

Vegetable Stock

Carrots

Celery

Red pepper

Turnip

Parsley

Onion

Garlic

Salt & pepper

Ginger

Pak choi

Cabbage

Leaks

Worcester sauce

Tomatoe purée


METHOD

1. Wash & roughly chop all your vegetables.

2. Add 2 pints of vegetable stock to a pan & simmer gently once boiled. Add all veg & cook until root veg are soft.

3. Add seasoning, garlic, salt, ginger & Worcester sauce to your preference.

4. Blend soup & return to your pan.

5. Check seasoning again & serve with warm bread.
